Details
This year's credit union attendee registration fee of $1,150 will cover the following items: full conference registration, breakfast, lunch and dinner each day, access to the hospitality suite, and organized recreational activities on Monday and Tuesday afternoons.
Spouses and significant others are warmly invited to attend all networking dinner events. If your guest will be joining you at these functions, please add $550 to your registration fee, bringing your total to $1700.
Please note: breakfast, lunch, and activity cost are not include in the $550 guest fee. You will recieve an invoice after the conference for any guest activity participation.
Luxurious Rooms
Attendees are responsible for their hotel room charges and incidentals. Room reservations will be made under our group block based on your selection in the registration form. While we make every effort to honor your preferences, rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Upon arrival at the resort, a valid credit card will be required at check-in to cover room and incidental charges.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made no later than 30 days before arrival (July 25, 2025). Any cancellations made after this date, as well as no-shows or early departures, will incur a charge equivalent to one night's room and tax. Additionally, any non-refundable deposits collected will be retained by the hotel.
