Weather, Dress Code & What Should I Pack?

The temperatures in Italy in May average mid 70's for highs with lows in the 60's in the evening. May weather is typically very nice and comfortable.  They average less than 1 inch of rain during the month. For current 10 day forecasts, click the links below:

There is no formal dress code for the Incentive Trip. We encourage you to wear "resort casual" outfits and comfortable walking shoes throughout your trip for activities. Most dinners and activities will have an inside and outside element, so please make sure to pack accordingly. Our Dinners do not have a formal dress code. Dress up if you'd like but come casual if you opted to pack light.

Expenses & Taxes?

The Incentive Trip includes your airfare, transportation to the hotel, five nights of lodging, breakfasts, select group activities and group dinners. Any incidentals or meals outside of what is expressed under Meals on the Travel page will be on your own. All fees that are covered will be paid for by Allied Solutions, so you should not have to submit an expense report after the trip.

Depending upon the room type you are in, extra nights at the Hotel Quisisana will cost between €902 - €1330 (with most closer to the €902 range). For extra nights at at your accommodation in Positano, cost will be between €1200 - €2,000.

This award trip is subject to FICA taxes under tax-reporting rules. Taxes will apply to hotel charges, airfare, and gifts received. Taxes will be deducted from your net pay. The rate of withholding is a combination of Federal (22%), State (0-10%), and FICA (1.45-7.65%) taxes which varies depending on your state of residence and your year-to-date wages under the FICA tax limits. The average rate of withholding is generally 23.45% plus your state tax rate. We estimate taxes to average $2,000-$3,000/couple.
