Arriving/Departing
Many of you may choose to fly out early or stay late and visit another part of Italy or a different European country. Allied will work with you on these requests. For flights, Allied will cover the cost of getting you from your home city to Naples and back home from Naples. In most cases, you will have a connection from your home city in route to Naples (airport code NAP); same thing on the way home from Naples.
Arrivals in Naples with transfers to Capri are planned for Sunday, May 12, which means you should depart no later than Saturday, May 11 to make it to Capri for the Welcome Reception.
Departures from Positano are planned for Friday, May 17.
Booking Flights
If you have not reached out to Lisa already, upon completion of your registration, please contact Lisa Jungwirth of Incentive Plus Travel (800-310-9010) to book your flights.
Transportation
On Sunday, May 12, we will arrange ground transportation to take you and your guest from the Naples airport, hotel or train station to the Naples port where you will be transfered by private boat from Naples to Capri.
As a group on Wednesday, May 15, we will take a private boat from Capri to Positano.
On Friday, May 17, we will arrange ground transportation to take you and your guest from Positano to Naples. If you have alternate transportation needs, please include your request on your registration form. Attendees may incur an additional cost based on the request.
Hotels
Sunday, May 12 - Wednesday, May 15 - Capri
It's impossible to miss the grand entrance of the Quisisana, just steps from Capri town's central Piazzetta. This iconic five star hotel has been the favorite of politicians and poets, royalty and rockstars since it opened in 1845. The boutique-lined Via Camerelle skirts the hotel on one side, and the fragrant gardens overlooking the Mediterranean, complete with a scenic pool and an unforgettable view of the Faraglioni, welcome guests on the other. Glamour, luxury, privacy, and the natural beauty of Capri are the secret of Grand Hotel Quisisana's 150 years of success. Depending upon the room type you are in, extra nights at the Hotel Quisisana will cost between €902 - €1330 (with most closer to the €902 range). Requests are not guaranteed and based on availability.
Wednesday, May 15 - Friday, May 17: Positano
We have secured rooms at four 5 Star hotels in Positano! Hotel and Room Assignments will be made after Registration closes. For extra nights at your accommodation in Positano, the cost will be between €1200 - €2,000. Extension requests are not guaranteed and based on availability.
Meals
Breakfast is provided for you each day of the trip (included in our room rate).
We will offer optional group lunches on Monday in Capri at iL Riccio and Wednesday upon arrival in Positano at Restaurant L'Incanto.
Sunday at the Hotel Quisisana, Allied will host a Welcome Reception followed by Dinner at nearby Villa Margherita. Tuesday, we will offer Regional group dinners at three amazing restaurants. Wednesday, we will be celebrating your success in 2023 with our large group Celebration Dinner at La Serra in Positano. Dinner on Thursday will be on-your-own. More details to come!
Additional meals outside of these will be at your own expense.
