This year's registration includes suite access to Carb Day, group dinner at Tony's of Indianapolis on Friday night, seats for 500 Festival Parade on Saturday, post-parade snack at Harry & Izzy's, The HandleBar pedal pub tour, dinner and activities at The Hanger Bar on Saturday night, and access to the 108th Running of the Indy 500 on Sunday. Please register by March 15th - but the sooner the better, to reserve your spots for the weekend!

Hotel Rooms & Reservations

Hampton Inn Indianapolis Downtown

Allied Solutions has reserved a limited number of hotel rooms at the Hampton Inn over the nights of Friday, 5/24, Saturday, 5/25 and Sunday, 5/26. The Hampton Inn is located downtown and is close to all of the evening activities and dinners. We will reserve your room according to your registered hotel arrival and departure dates. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will need to supply a credit card for any incidentals.

108th Running of the Indianapolis 500

We would like to invite you to join us for three days of fun and networking over Race Weekend (May 24, 25, 26). We have a limited number of tickets for the race and hotels rooms at the Hampton Inn so be sure to register today to lock in your spot.
