Hotel Rooms & Reservations

Your room reservation will be made based on your preference from the online registration form. Hotel confirmation numbers will be sent to you by email the week prior to the event.

Room, tax & parking from 9/23 - 9/25 will be paid for Allied Solutions employees (Partners will be on their own for all expenses). All other charges to your room will be your own responsibility. If you are planning on coming in early or staying late, the group rate charge of $219/night will be a personal expense. Please let us know of any special requests on your registration form such as an extended stay, however, availability is not guaranteed.

Meals

For Allied employees, all meals will be provided from Monday's dinner to Wednesday's breakfast. You are expected to be at all group meals, networking with other employees and Partners. Meals outside of these cannot be expensed back to the company. Partners are invited to all meals.

Dress code

Casual attire is appropriate. We recommend dressing in layers as the meeting rooms may not always be at your desired temperature.

Trip Expenses

For all Non-Level A Rep Allied employees, airfare should get charged to: 1501 Internal Events RVP Meeting. Please make a note of this under the "Notes" section in Concur.

Ground transportation, lodging from 9/23 - 9/25, housekeeping and bellmen tips, group meals from Monday dinner - Wednesday breakfast, will all go to the master account and be paid for by Allied Solutions. Any items, meals or activities charged to your room, along with extra room nights, will be a personal expense for you.
