Allied Solutions is a leading provider of insurance, lending, marketing, risk management and technology solutions to credit unions, banks, finance companies, auto dealers and mortgage servicers. Serving more than 6,000 financial institutions across North America since 1978, Allied is headquartered in Carmel, Indiana and operates as a wholly owned, independently operated subsidiary of Securian Financial Group.

Since 1978, we have partnered with over 6,000 Financial Institutions to grow their bottom line, protect their business and consumers, and evolve to stay ahead of the competition.

In 2001, the Eldredge Corporation and FLS Services merged to create Allied Solutions. A successful business model was developed: deliver customized solutions and exceptional customer service, tailored specifically to the needs of each client to help them grow their business and more effectively manage risk.

As CEO, Pete leads all aspects of Allied Solutions, including strategic vision and development, acquisitions, key industry relationships, and the overall value proposition for clients and partners.

As executive vice president (EVP) and chief strategy and technology officer, David leads the enterprise technology group and the strategic planning office divisions.
Mark Bugalski EVP, Chief Growth Officer
As executive vice president (EVP) and chief growth officer, Mark leads the sales division and financial institutions-related distribution business, sales enablement operations, and marketing.
Jeff Kircher EVP, Chief Financial Officer
As executive vice president and chief financial officer, Jeff directs and oversees the financial activities of the business, including accounting and financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, and financial and advisory support of strategic initiatives.
Bill Gould President
Bill Gould leads strategy for mergers and acquisitions and reinsurance for Allied Solutions. He is also responsible for supporting strategy development and initiatives under our strategic plan and serves on the boards of Renaissance Financial, FINOFR and Keystone Re, all of which are Allied’s affiliate companies.
Doug Falvey EVP, Risk Management Officer
As executive vice president, enablement, Doug oversees the enablement organization at Allied Solutions which includes risk management operations (RMO) and the enterprise technology group (ETG).
