While recent events have undoubtedly been testing and highly emotional, Allied’s claims team has reacted in the most inspiring way possible, helping clients and their borrowers quickly recover from the devastation that has impacted their lives on such a great scale.
Allied’s claims team has an unprecedented commitment to help clients put recent events in the rearview mirror, and set borrowers on the road to recovery with ease. Senior Claims Adjuster, Daphne Mines, states, “Processing just one claim could make a huge difference to a person’s life; if that’s the one thing we can do, we do it.”
“I always put myself in the shoes of the borrower,” says Claims Adjuster, Keathan Britton, “and take care of their situation like it was my own. It feels good to help people, and that is what drives me to be better every day.” Allied’s claims team has dedicated their evenings and weekends to supporting clients, with a 100% participation and all staff going above and beyond their duties to get claims processed efficiently and quickly. ‘Whatever I can do for them, I’m there” states Claims Adjuster, Kimberly Tutson.
It’s evident the team spirit and desire to help each other succeed is behind the efficiencies witnessed by Allied’s clients.
