Allied Solutions has partnered with the Carmel Prescription Shop to provide on-site COVID-19 vaccinations to eligible employees based on prioritization regulations and available vaccine supplies. The company staged its first onsite vaccination clinic at its Carmel, Indiana, headquarters on Friday, April 16.
By offering the vaccine in the office Allied is making it easy for employees to protect themselves, their coworkers, and their family members from the COVID-19 virus. The company is exploring additional ways to extend the offering to other office locations.
“Our people passionately work to deliver exceptional service and experiences to our customers,” said Pete Hilger, CEO at Allied Solutions. “Their health and financial well-being remain our top priority. Providing free, on-site access to the vaccine is just one more way we can support their well-being and further deliver on our employer brand.”
This initiative is part of Allied’s ongoing commitment to provide a healthy workplace where employees can feel safe at work.
“As the global situation with COVID-19 has evolved over the past 13 months, we have made significant investments to keep employees safe and help them adapt to changing circumstances,” said Ashima Kapur, Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Diversity Officer. “We are excited by our employees’ enthusiastic response to vaccine availability, and we appreciate the support and professionalism of our pharmacy partner.”
Earlier this year, Allied Solutions was recognized as one of America’s Best Midsized Employers by Forbes, based on survey respondents’ likelihood to recommend the company to others. At #50 on the list, Allied is the highest ranked Indiana employer.
