Allied Solutions was named one of America’s Best Midsized Employers for 2022 by Forbes. This is Allied’s second consecutive appearance on Forbes’ list of 500 companies with at least 1,000 employees.
The annual ranking of companies is based on surveyed employees’ willingness to recommend their employers to friends and family and nominate companies other than their own. Recognized companies, like Allied, were ranked on working conditions, development opportunities and compensation, among other factors.
“We are honored to be included for a second year among some of the most reputable and respected companies nationwide and in the state of Indiana,” said Allied Solutions’ CEO Pete Hilger. “This recognition is shared by all Allied employees who demonstrate a commitment to our values and make an impact for our customers and each other.”
Employee experience is a primary focus of the Allied Solutions leadership team, which has made significant investments to provide competitive compensation and benefits, responsive training and development opportunities, and dedicated resources to enrich workplace culture.
An important aspect of Allied’s “Blue Culture” is a focus on community involvement, which is demonstrated through the company’s charitable giving practices and employee volunteerism programs. Allied makes annual gifts to support community-based organizations in the regions where Allied employees work and live and conducts an annual employee engagement campaign to support 40+ United Way chapters throughout the country.
Allied Solutions is also a corporate partner and event sponsor for more than a dozen local events with the city of Carmel, where the company is headquartered, including Meet Me on Main, Movies at Midtown and the very popular Ice at Carter Green.
